Shipping

Our shipping policy at Drillshop is to ensure that orders are delivered in a timely manner. However, please note that once an order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping/postal carrier, the transaction is complete and Drillshop accepts no liability for the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their shipping address is correct and secure. In case of any issues or concerns with your order, please contact the carrier directly. Drillshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any delay caused by the carrier. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues, but the ultimate responsibility for the package lies with the carrier.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we have implemented the following return policy for our products.

  • Ready-to-Ship items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt. Customers must submit return/exchange requests to drillshopatl@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  • Made-to-order items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the color of stitching or edge paint once an order is delivered, the customer can request a one-time modification of stitching or edge paint colors. Modification requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All eligible items must be returned to in original, unused condition. Contact us at drillshopatl@gmail.com for any exchange,  return, or modification requests.
Warranty

At Drillshop ATL, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather goods. However, we understand that with regular use, your item may require repairs. We are happy to offer repair services for any item purchased from our company.

Repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and the cost of the repair will be determined at that time. Repairs on items as a result of defects in workmanship will be made free of charge, provided we are notified within 30 days of retail sale. Repairs to items that are broken or damaged as a result of wear or mishandling by the client will be assessed on an individual basis.
To initiate a repair, please contact us at drillshopatl@gmail.com with a detailed description of the issue and a photo of the item. We will then provide you with an estimate for the repair and instructions for sending in your item for repair. Please note that repairs may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the nature of the repair and the current workload of our artisans. However, we will do our best to complete your repair as soon as reasonably possible.

Authentic Materials

At Drillshop ATL, we believe in transparency and honesty when it comes to the products we offer. Our promise to you is that all repurposed materials used in the creation of Drillshop Customs are sourced from guaranteed authentic items, purchased legally from trusted sellers. We understand the importance of authenticity, and take great care to ensure that each item we use is carefully inspected in-house upon receipt. We believe in being open and transparent about our sourcing and inspection process, and we want you to have confidence in the authenticity and quality of the products you purchase from us.

We are pleased to offer wholesale accounts to other businesses. At Drillshop, we understand the importance of standing out. We will be happy to provide you with more information about our wholesale pricing, lead times and minimum order quantities.
